BLT Pasta Salad
This is a great new taste for Pasta Salad if you are a fan of BLT’s!
- 6 slices bacon
- 12 oz. box rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- juice from one lemon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 3/4 to 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 – 2 avocados pitted and sliced immediately before eating
1. Cook bacon until crisp and cut into small pieces
2. Cook pasta, when done run cold water over it until cool
3. Mix mayonnaise, lemon, salt, garlic powder, and dill together in a bowl.
4. Stir cooked pasta and tomatoes into dressing. Let chill 30 minutes.
5. Stir in bacon and avocados and enjoy!
