Normally I steam Brussel Sprouts, but my new favorite way is to roast them.
Wash sprouts, cut stem off, and remove outer leaves. Cut them in half.
Place sprouts in a baking pan, drizzle olive oil or coconut oil, and stir. Season with salt and pepper and bake in a 400 degree oven until brown and slightly crunchy.
I like them with just salt and pepper, however, you can add Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon, or any flavor you like.
