Tim likes to pick up pecans everywhere he can. They are really soft and fresh when you get them from right under the tree. If not, nuts from the store will work.
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Stir in pecans. Use more if you like a thinner coat, or less if you like a thicker coat. I don’t have an exact amount of nuts, it varies as to how many he brings home.
Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
